To ensure the epoxy coating fully cures and hardens, we recommend staying off the floor for at least 24 to 48 hours after the final application. This allows the coating to reach its maximum durability and resistance.

Defects Covered Under Warranty.

  • Abnormal discoloration due to UV light.
  • Delimitation, chipping, flaking, or peeling of the polyaspartic coating surface under normal use.
  • All material and labor costs involved with the required repair.

Items Not Covered Under Warranty:

  • Damage due to structural deficiencies including but not limited to slab cracking from any movement, shifting, or expansion/contracting.
  • Wear and tear from normal everyday use.
  • Damage to due to any modification of installed coating system.
  • Gouging or other damage due to forklifts, or dragging and dropping heavy material.
  • Vandalism
  • Imperfections of the actual substrate itself (the slab).
  • Delamination due to hydrostatic pressure.
  • Damage due to lack of basic maintenance, fire, cuts, scuffs, punctures from tools, nails, rocks and or mechanical impacts: (example: transmission dropped onto the floor).
  • Damage due to acts of nature.
  • Damage due to results of harsh chemical exposure; solvents, gasoline acid, brake fluids.
  • Rust damage
  • Other damage that may occur beyond the scope of protection of this system.
  • Limited Lifetime Warranty Limitations
  • Warranty coverage does not include removal or re-coating of the entire floor area unless patch repair is insufficient by a Bold Choice Coatings representative. Are repaired under warranty may vary in color match and texture compared to the original installation.

  • This limited lifetime warranty extends exclusively to the first purchaser of the product.
  • Bold Choice Coatings warranty its polyaspartic coated floors against defects in material or workmanship, including installation, for as long as you own the residence and is effective from the moment you pay your invoice. Bold Choice Coatings will repair any covered defects.
